History
Herman "Herm" and his wife, Elizabeth "Lizzy,” Johnson built "Herman's Inn" in the early 1900s at the mouth of Logan Canyon in Logan, Utah. During this time, Canyon Road was the only route into Logan Canyon, and Herman's Inn was one's first chance to gas up outside the mouth of the canyon. Many years later, in 2012, building owner and local businessman, Jim Laub, had a vision of restoring the Herm's Inn building to its former glory.
Herm’s Inn approached me to help them reimagine their menu design to pay homage to their building’s unique and treasured history.
